Initial consultation and regular follow ups. Ideal if you have a race booked as this gives time to work up a race plan, also beneficial for further support and nutritional monitoring.

Nutrition package 2 £285

Initial consultation and regular follow ups. Ideal for athletes focused on a specific training phase, such as those recovering from injury, preparing for an upcoming event or wanting regular support and monitoring.
