Your personal data will be stored on a password protected laptop using an encrypted electronic system. Lauren Rose Sports Dietitian will be the only individual accessing this data.

- Body measurement data such as weight, height, body composition.
- Health conditions, previous medical history, any symptoms you are experiencing
- Blood results (for example from your GP)
- Allergies and intolerances
- Diet information
- Social information such as family history if required, employment details and working pattern
- Activity levels, including sport and sporting achievements/goals, training plans
- Any information you have sent to me prior via email/contact button
From others:
- Information will only be sought from others such as healthcare professionals or coaches with your consent and only if required.
Third parties:
- Information from online diet software systems to log your food
Why I collect this data
This information allows me to provide an accurate thorough assessment of your nutritional intake, nutritional requirements and an individualised dietetic plan.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to request removal of your data once it is no longer in use. You may request personal information held in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you wish to do so, please contact me on laurenrgregory3@gmail.com
In exceptional circumstances information may be disclosed without consent of it is in the public interest to do so. Such as to prevent serious harm to other people.
