I have worked as a clinical dietitian since 2012 and recently in sport. I work with a variety of athletes at different levels. Nutrition plays a key role in optimising sport performance and overall health. My approach is to empower athletes to make sustainable changes using evidenced based practice. With my expertise I can help you achieve your goals.
I am a member of the British Dietetic Association and on the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register.
