About me: I played sport from a young age and love keeping active. I became a registered dietitian in 2012 and now work part time in the NHS alongside freelancing in sport. I work with a variety of athletes at different levels helping them achieve their goals by providing tailored nutrition advice. Nutrition plays a key role in optimising performance in sport and overall health, my approach is to empower athletes to make sustainable changes using evidenced based practice.

With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, I offer clear, evidence-based guidance that athletes can trust.
